As a Customer Service Ambassador and Front Desk Customer Service Technician at BioworX, I serve as the first point of

My role includes managing front desk operations, assisting clients with inquiries and scheduling, and supporting daily

administrative needs in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. I also help coordinate and support social and

community events, contributing to member engagement and brand presence. Through strong communication, attention

to detail, and relationship-building, I support both operational efficiency and a positive, community-driven atmosphere.

The Waukesha Freeman – Waukesha, WI

During my time at The Waukesha Freeman, I covered municipal government, infrastructure, community events, and

business developments across Waukesha County. My role involved pitching and developing story ideas, conducting

in-depth interviews, and reporting on live meetings to deliver clear and accurate coverage on tight deadlines. I translated

complex policy discussions into accessible news, highlighted human-interest stories that reflect community impact, and

produced accompanying photography for print newspaper stories. Through building strong relationships with local officials,

organizations, and residents, I consistently generated compelling, well-sourced stories while balancing multiple

assignments each week.

interviewing local business owners, students, and community leaders to provide well-rounded perspectives on current

issues. I applied multimedia skills such as video editing, scriptwriting, and natural sound integration to produce compelling,

high-quality content through video, audio, and print writing.
